Description:

This was the third remodel performed for the client on this property. While the previous work focused on the upper living areas, the scope of this project was to remodel the first floor and to increase the usable deck space and yard space on this hillside property. This included the full remodel of an entertainment room, guest room, office and bath. The existing upper and lower decks were demolished and replaced with larger decks. Allan Block retaining walls were built to create yard space and the existing overhead power lines were moved underground to enhance the downtown and ocean views.  Utility trenching on the steep hillside required the use of a specialized "Spider" excavator.
