Description:
Jack ‘N Tool Box, Inc. was the General Contractor for this fully remodeled home for a local architect on the Mesa in Santa Barbara. The small existing home was demolished leaving only the garage walls to make way for a larger home with classic Mediterranean architecture. The multi-level home incorporates features such as multiple fireplaces, expansive windows to take advantage of the ocean views and a dumbwaiter for running groceries from the garage to the 2nd floor kitchen. Environmental concerns required sealing of the soils below the raised foundations with a vapor proof barrier. |
