Description:
Jack ‘N Tool Box, Inc. was the General Contractor for the complete construction of three new multi-level Spanish-style residences in the El Pueblo Vieja District of Santa Barbara.  These award winning residences were designed by Barry Berkus.  This project required close coordination of labor, subcontractors and materials due to the tight confines of this one-way street in downtown.  Skilled craftsmen from Jack ‘N Toolbox, Inc. performed the detailed finish work that gives these homes their unique character.
