Description:
Jack ‘N Toolbox, Inc. was the General Contractor for this historic two story Carpinteria farm house. The current occupants are the third generation to inhabit the 102 year old property. The home owners enlisted the help of designer Candace Lindell of Candace Lindell Designs, Napa California. They take great pride in their ability to breathe new life into the old family home while retaining many of the original architectural elements. The spacious kitchen and breakfast nook were designed for entertaining. A 4’2”x15 foot island anchors the room and provides seating for six. The Ruby Reflections countertops by Caesar stone serve as a focal point attracting guests to the heart of the home.
Work completed in the home includes a thorough interior remodel, additional space in the new kitchen and breakfast nook (368 SF and vaulted ceiling were added), and a 658 SF second floor Master suite (vaulted ceiling were added) including two Master bathrooms (his and hers). As many of the existing cabinets and other features of the home were salvaged and reused in other rooms. Outside, the home received a new 72 SF entry foyer, patio, paint and landscaping. |
